SALES INVOICE Sales invoices are now sent in HTML via email on the day your order is despatched. Shipping And Handling The majority of products available from this site are available for despatch from stock, meaning that an order placed before 1pm on a working day should arrive the next working day to most UK mainland addresses. Where a product isn't in stock, we'll advise you of the fact as soon as we receive your order. Where a considerable delay is likely, it is our policy to always give the customer a choice whether to wait whilst we obtain the product, choose an alternative or cancel the order entirely. It covers all defects in materials and manufacturing, but does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, modification or damage caused by neglect. Damage caused by failure to follow instructions contained within the product packaging is also not covered. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential losses, the cost of return for testing or the cost of removal and reinstallation. Faults must in the first instance be reported, then RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS for inspection for fault condition and exchanged or repaired as applicable. Should any item returned as faulty be found to be fully functional upon testing, it will be returned to the address provided.
