Making A Purchase Just browse our OnLine Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. If you make a mistake, click on "CART" (button at top of each page) and use 'EDIT' 'REMOVE' or 'REMOVE ALL' to make your amendments. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & Switch. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT VISA ELECTRON CARDS.

SALES INVOICE
Sales invoices are now sent in HTML via email on the day your order is despatched.

It is the customer's responsibility to check their email account and print the sales invoice before deleting.

If any customer has difficulty printing a hard copy of the sales invoice, an email request may be sent and a hard copy will be despatched by 2nd class post.
Shipping And Handling The majority of products available from this site are available for despatch from stock, meaning that an order placed before 1pm on a working day should arrive the next working day to most UK mainland addresses. Where a product isn't in stock, we'll advise you of the fact as soon as we receive your order. Where a considerable delay is likely, it is our policy to always give the customer a choice whether to wait whilst we obtain the product, choose an alternative or cancel the order entirely. We can however obtain most non-stock products within 2-3 working days, and it's only in extreme circumstances that any significant delay is likely to occur.

Failure of the Courier Company to deliver within this deadline will mean a refund of the difference between Next-Day Delivery & 3-day Carriage.

3-Day Delivery can take up to 3 working days.

Recorded Delivery can only be used for items which cost less than £25.00.
Delivery Schedule LIABILITY
InCar Discount Ltd endeavour to arrange delivery of items within the specified time scale but we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages or costs arising in the case of an item being delivered damaged, lost or delayed.

Orders received by 1.00 pm are usually despatched the same day.

(Exception - VDO Dayton may take up to 48 Hours)

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF ANY SHORT DELIVERY OR DAMAGES. ALL PACKAGING & BOXES MUST BE RETAINED FOR INSPECTION.

Our exact delivery charges depend on the weight, number and combination of items ordered. To find out the delivery cost on any given item(s), please select the 'Add to Cart' option on the product listing page(s). This will then take you to a provisional order form where the carriage charge will be shown.

Please note, delivery schedule is not guaranteed. Should you require guaranteed service, please contact us to discuss available options.

For security reasons, we currently deliver to the cardholder's home address, as held on record by the card issuer. Where this is impractical, we can arange to deliver to the card-holder's office/place of work. The card-holder will be required to sign for the consignment.

We are able to deliver to any mainland UK address for the charges stated. Orders from non-mainland UK addresses are subject to an additional carriage surcharge. Non-UK orders are accepted only where payment is made fully in advance by bank transfer, banker's draft or cleared cheque. At the present time, payments will only be accepted in UK currency.

 
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All orders include 17.5% vat.
Credit Card Security We are extremely aware of the fact that you may be wary of passing credit card details over the internet. To ensure that your details remain safe, we utilise 128 bit SSL server technology to encrypt all financial transactions.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All customer details including credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


 
Guarantee All items offered on our website have full UK Manufacturer Warranty and Free Insurance against theft for the head unit where applicable (and registration of the Theft Insurance Form has been accepted by the manufacturer).

FAULTY GOODS:
Unless stated, all product we supply is brand new and comes with 12 months return to base manufacturer's warranty. The warranty protects the original owner and is not transferable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. It covers all defects in materials and manufacturing, but does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, modification or damage caused by neglect. Damage caused by failure to follow instructions contained within the product packaging is also not covered. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential losses, the cost of return for testing or the cost of removal and reinstallation.
Faults must in the first instance be reported, then RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS for inspection for fault condition and exchanged or repaired as applicable.
Where a product is found to be faulty upon fitment, please contact us for a returns authorisation number. A member of our staff will then advise the returns procedure. Please do not send product without authorisation, as returns not clearly marked with a returns authorisation number may be refused at point of delivery.

If a fault subsequently develops within the 12 month UK warranty, please telephone 0121-522-6666 to arrange collection by our central service facility. You will require your original Sales Receipt as proof of purchase & UK warranty.

Upon receipt of your returned item, it will be tested to ascertain the cause of the fault and, where this is found to be due to material or manufacturing fault, send you a refund or replacement, free of charge.
If the returned item is deemed not to be faulty, carriage charges are payable by the customer.
Should any item returned as faulty be found to be fully functional upon testing, it will be returned to the address provided. We reserve the right to charge the cost for testing (currently £30.00) and/or the cost for return carriage to the credit card used at time of original purchase.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis so please ensure compatibility of items prior to purchase.
Goods deemed to be unsuitable must be returned inside an outer protective box in 'brand new' 'unopened' condition complete with ALL packaging and seals intact.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned goods are suitably packaged, with 'proof of delivery'. 15% handling charge will apply. Delivery and Collection charges are non-refundable
We will process your refund within 30 days.
"This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer".

LIABILITY
InCar Discount Ltd endeavour to supply items in a fault free condition within the requested delivery time-frame but we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages or costs arising in the case of an item found to be faulty. This also applies to late or non-delivery or items damaged during delivery.
